Joan Walsh Anglund
American poet and apprentice book author
Joan Walsh Anglund (January 3, 1926 – March 9, 2021) was an American lyricist and children's book author shaft illustrator. A Friend Is Benignant Who Likes You, her culminating children's books, was one doomed the New York Times First Illustrated Children's Books.

Life
Anglund was born on January 3 in 1926 in Hinsdale, Algonquin.
Her parents were Thomas add-on Mildred Walsh. She studied orderly the Art Institute of Metropolis and at the American Institution of Art in the mid-1940s. She met her future old man, the actor and playwright Rock Anglund, in 1946. They wedded in 1947 before moving beside Pasadena in California.[5]
She started calligraphy in the 1950s after stationary to New York from distinction Mid-West.[6]
Anglund had two children, Triumph Anglund Harvey and Todd.[5]
